The Attack on Ryan Abramson No One Saw Coming

Not all attacks come with fists or weapons. Some are silent. Some leave no fingerprints. That’s how it happened to me, Ryan Abramson. One day, everything was normal. The next, I was the target of a calculated, malicious assault — a character assassination attempt.

The person who did it: I never saw a face. Hidden behind layers of anonymity and cover-ups, the assailant struck with precision. The damage was real — emotionally, mentally, and your reputation. And then, just as quickly, they disappeared. Vanished into the ether without explanation, apology, or consequence.

But I survived.

When Darkness Strikes, Light Must Rise

The immediate aftermath was brutal. Confusion. Fear. Sleepless nights. The internet can be both a haven and a hell. In my case, it became the latter — overnight. But amidst the chaos, something powerful happened.

❤️ I turned inward.

⬆️ I turned upward.

👍🏻 And I chose not to fight fire with fire.

Instead of seeking revenge, I sought peace. Instead of exposing the attacker, I exposed the strength within myself. I rediscovered my purpose: to live authentically, with faith, resilience, and positivity — no matter what.

Faith. Positivity. Authenticity.

🧭 These three words became my compass:

🙏🏻 Faith reminded me that storms pass. That goodness endures.

💪🏻 Positivity became my armor, protecting me from the bitterness that threatened to consume me.

🪞 Authenticity It became my weapon — not to destroy others, but to rebuild myself.

The Power of Community Support

What surprised me most wasn’t the cruelty of one. It was the kindness of many.

Thousands of friends, family members, colleagues, and even strangers rallied around me. They reminded me who I was. They lifted me when I couldn’t lift myself. Some prayed.

Others sent messages. Some just sat with me — silent support when I needed it most.

Healing from Trauma: The Truth They Don’t Tell You

Trauma doesn’t always leave bruises. Sometimes, it whispers lies in your ear: You’re not safe. You’re not enough. You’re not you anymore.

The psychological effects of trauma are real — anxiety, depression, hypervigilance, fatigue. But healing is also real.

With support, commitment, prayer, mindfulness, and daily acts of joy, I slowly rewrote the story in my head. Instead of victim, I became survivor. Instead of lost, I became found. Instead of broken, I became whole.

My Path to Survival, Growth and Healing

If you’re facing darkness, here’s what worked for me — and might work for you:

✅ Start the day with gratitude. Every morning, list three things you’re thankful for.

✅ Surround yourself with good people. Find those who lift, not drain.

✅ Unplug when needed. The internet can wait. Your soul can’t.

✅ Move your body. Walk. Stretch. Dance in your kitchen. Movement heals.

✅ Speak kindly to yourself. Your inner voice is listening. Make it your best friend.

✅ Pray or meditate. Stillness leads to clarity.

✅ Celebrate small wins. Joy is found in moments, not milestones.

Wisdom from the Positive Greats

“You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you.” — Brian Tracy
“Keep your face always toward the sunshine — and shadows will fall behind you.” — Walt Whitman
“Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.” — Winston Churchill

2025’s Guide to Staying Positive in a Dark World

This year, more than ever, we need joy. Here’s how to get it:

🔹 Practice boundaries. Limit toxic content. Curate your community.

🔹 Volunteer. Helping others reminds you that you matter.

🔹 Laugh often. Watch comedy. Share memes. Life’s too short to be serious all the time.

🔹 Be present. Mindfulness apps like Headspace and Calm are game-changers.

🔹 Create something. Write. Paint. Bake. Creativity is healing.

🔹 Talk it out. Therapy is strength, not weakness.

🔹 Join communities. Positivity is contagious — so catch it.

Moving On — and Up - From Langhorne to the World

Someone tried to destroy me. They didn’t succeed. They may have started a fire, but they didn’t expect me to rise from the ashes. Here is a fact: I’m thriving.

Not by burying the past. But by building a brighter future in spite of it.

If you’ve been attacked — assaulted emotionally, or otherwise — know this: you are not alone. Your story is not over. And your strength may still be waiting to show up in ways you never imagined.

Ryan's Final Words: You Are Stronger Than You Know

I may never confront who tried to tear me down. But I do know who helped me rise: me — and all of you.

To anyone reading this who’s been targeted, isolated, or harmed by invisible evil: you are seen. You are worthy. And yes, you can get through this.

Because I did. And now I live with more joy, faith, and authenticity than ever before.

Let that be your hope.
